**FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO**: El titular administra la buena voluntad de la empresa y los procesos y acuerdos de garanta y trabajar con especialistas de servicio para garantizar que los distribuidores tengan la capacidad tcnica para identificar y reparar las deficiencias del producto. Asesorar a los distribuidores en la gestin de los Programas de mejora de productos de forma rentable y dentro de los plazos designados. Proporcionar orientacin tcnica y asesorar a los distribuidores sobre presentaciones diseadas para informar a los clientes sobre las ventajas del servicio. Las decisiones tomadas por este puesto son ms complejas y tienen mayores problemas de riesgo que las asociadas con los representantes menos experimentados.Los desafos incluyen cumplir con las expectativas en la entrega de resultados, considerar cursos de accin alternativos, tomar decisiones oportunas y desarrollar mayores habilidades de comunicacin.
**Las funciones principales del titular incluyen**: Trabajar con especialistas de servicio para garantizar que los distribuidores cumplan con los objetivos del Programa de satisfaccin del cliente; proporcionar informacin a los especialistas en operaciones de servicio para operaciones de taller, mejoras de procesos de servicio y sistemas, para ayudar a los distribuidores a lograr una mayor calidad de servicio y mejorar la rentabilidad y trabajar con otros representantes de Caterpillar para desarrollar soluciones totales para el cliente que respalden los esfuerzos de ventas. Administrar el fondo de comercio comercial y de servicio para mquinas, herramientas y piezas (disponibilidad) de una manera que equilibre la rentabilidad de Caterpillar/distribuidor Cat y la satisfaccin del cliente Asegurar la finalizacin oportuna de las cartas de servicio de Seguridad y Prioridad para maximizar el tiempo de actividad del cliente Impulsar la adopcin de tecnologa a bordo a travs de una comprensin profunda de cmo funciona esta tecnologa y cmo genera ms dinero para los clientes. Las funciones secundarias del titular incluyen actuar como especialista en aplicaciones de sistemas (SAS), ejecutar anlisis de la flota y el sitio del cliente, evaluar la seleccin de mquinas y recomendar soluciones tecnolgicas para optimizar y maximizar el rendimiento de la flota del cliente y la lealtad del cliente.Las personas en este puesto deben comprender las necesidades del mercado de clientes/distribuidores y comprender cmo y por qu se toman las decisiones dentro de su grupo de trabajo y organizacin. Son responsables de aplicar esas decisiones para respaldar y desarrollar las ventas de productos, la efectividad de los distribuidores, el crecimiento general del segmento, el proceso de Introduccin de nuevos productos (NPI), la mejora de procesos, la mejora de procesos de gestin de ventas, etc.
Los titulares aprenden a aplicar su conocimiento de productos, tecnologa, industria, etc., en apoyo de las expectativas y necesidades de Caterpillar, distribuidores y clientes. Cualificaciones Bsicas: Ttulo universitario o experiência equivalente.Experiência previa de ms de 6 con Caterpillar en un puesto de campo, o con un distribuidor o industria. Excelente habilidad de comunicacin entre miembros del equipo, distribuidores y clientes. Experiência en evaluacin de productos (Maquinaria pesada) Capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente.
**Idiomas requeridos**: Espaol, Ingls (avanzado) Candidatos destacados tendrn: Experiência de ms de 3 aos en reas de Product Support, Garantas o Tcnica.Conocimiento de aplicaciones de maquinaria y tecnologa / conectividad. Experiência laboral con trato directo con el cliente y fabrica.
