Sirve como contacto entre los clientes externos para resolver problemas técnicos o de servicio. Demostrar el uso y las ventajas de los productos comercializados. Trabajar muy cerca de las áreas de ventas, marketing, aseguramiento de calidad e investigación y desarrollo de la región, dirigido hacia las preocupaciones de los clientes, determinando las acciones correctivas y dándole seguimiento a las mismas.**Tu equipo**: Aprovechamos las oportunidades para conectarnos con los médicos y enfermeras que usan nuestros productos todos los días para salvar y mantener vidas. Realizar los procesos de servicio siguiendo los diferentes procedimientos y políticas de la compañía.2. Asegurar un nível del 100% de cumplimiento en mantenimientos preventivos en todas las tecnologías a cargo.3. Instalar, verificar, reparar, operar, mantener y actualizar los equipamientos bajo su responsabilidad de acuerdo con los requerimientos de tiempo establecidos por el supervisor y/o gerente de servicio técnico.4. Proveer lineamientos e instrucciones al personal de los clientes relativos a la operación, mantenimiento, inspección, de los dispositivos médicos.5.

Participar activamente durante la fase previa a la instalación de nuevas tecnologías con las áreas de ventas, marketing y cliente.6. Mantener buenas relaciones con nuestros clientes, a través de la comunicación efectiva de todas las actividades de servicio realizadas, mantener una actitud positiva frente al cliente interno, empleados de nuestros clientes y mantener una apropiada apariencia de acuerdo con los procedimientos que apliquen.7. Hacer un buen uso de todos los activos de la compañía asignados para el desarrollo de sus funciones.8.
