The company chose Panama as being best suited to establish its new Global Business Services (GBS) operation center. This new center will initially deliver Finance, Human Resources and Legal services to ELC employees across several geographies and time zones. Through a new innovative service minded approach, this center will redefine service standards globally at ELC. This new GBS team will provide a one-stop-shop solution for the ELC businesses, supported by new customer engagement insights, new systems, and new reporting. In addition to delivering exceptional service to the ELC businesses each day, the GBS team will also be responsible for continuously streamlining work in pursuit of growing its service offering in support of achieving ELC’s strategic and business objectives. **Position Overview**:
The CSRM Sr Manager CLUSTER is accountable for Supply planning communication, global & Americas interaction with the rest of the team & cross-functional with the help with the CRSM by brand. The CRSM Sr. Manager is a leader to Americas CRSM optimization. Ensure stock on time vs FCST to help BRANDS/markets to reach the target & also giving full visibility of the out of stocks & excess due to lack of products, supply constraints, over or under & also to review action plans to decrease excess stocks. This position is accountable to help the team to develop Supply Review meetings & to integrate all in an Americas IBP process. This role is critical for the Americas Brand team & Americas Markets businesses.
- Ensure availability and provide visibility of inventory to commercial and marketing teams to generate action plans, regular & new product launches with the help of Process & data analytics team.
- Full analysis of SP & Risks in short, med & long term
- Communication & work with the global team to improve the availability
- Work with the brand to decrease excess inventory.

- Maximize Fill rate Americas with the help of all the Brand CRSM team
- Tracking Service Issues on the executional horizon
- Execution Horizon risk - analysis for air, escalation, risk awareness
- DP collaboration
- Validate Operational Projections based on PA & action plan to minimize risks
- Full visibility of risks by brand
- Partner with NPL team for further action/decision making
- Partner with Inventory & Analytics team for IBP inputs
- Review excess by brand & track action plans
- Validate & track manual or automatic redeployments
- Manage AFA Freight Requests, Follow Up and Execution
- Following up on QNs and Restricted Stock*
- Responsible to understand both NA & LATAM processes & requests.

**Qualifications** Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Continuously collaborate with Brand / markets to accurately deploy stock.
- New product launches tracking to guarantee ON TIME
- Direct contact with the global Brand team, regional team & local teams to improve the processes
- Direct contact with Americas team to continue improving & implementing standards of process
- Translate supply commits to the brands in the markets
- Follow up on critical transportation delays or issues resulting in direct risk.
- Monitor inventory excess and follow up with commercial & mkt team at affiliate level.
- Actively manage inventory level and safety stock in the affiliate.
- Administration of MOT aligned with brand / air shipments target
- Partner with DP, DC, QA, Customer Services and Sales to understand Retailer specific Riks and Work toward resolution.
- Review inventory liability analysis, EXOB and initiate inventory disposition with Brand-markets Sales and Inventory Deployer.
- Monitor inventory freshness
- Align processes of STOs, shipments, planning, FR projections, analisis of FR & RCA
- Develop CRSM team
- Develop Americas processes
