That's why we need you, to help us tackle increasingly complex challenges posed by ever evolving health and well-being needs.In this role, you have the opportunity to make life betterBe part of the PPS team and function as HR services expert regarding all aspects of data and payroll processing, supporting the LATAM operation.You are responsible for (but not limited to) Processing changes in employee status, cost center changes, pay, etc. Performing standard HR Master Data changes in line with compliance, data privacy and service levels requirements.Approving, rejecting, re-submitting or escalating transactions based on policies and guidelines Responding to external/internal requests for information. Supporting delivery of reports within scope.

Filing employee-related documentation and maintaining employee files and records.Managing and recording document flow.You are a part ofThe Philips People Services team and LATAM HR Team.To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the followingBachelor or equivalent degree in Administration, Human Resources or similar.A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.Knowledge of Mexican local legislation and/or multi-country payroll experienceFluent English skills, oral and written.Process orientedProblem solving mindset and approach.Workday is a plusExperience in Shared Service Center is a plusIn return, we offer youThe ability to collaborate with, learn and grow from colleagues in a highly complex, global organization where you can use your strengths to help drive strategic business initiatives for Philips.
