The main purpose of this role is to deliver digital governance enablement and support the business teams at Novartis, to accelerate speed-to market for high value customer solutions with great impact through digital engagement and agile ways of working.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Ensures the implementation of agile methodologies, to accelerate the execution of the customer engagement strategy
- Enables digital business owners to understand KPIs, develop related insights and define according continues improvements
- Coordinates the project Agile Unbossed Ways of Working with internal and external teams. Accountable for digital governance process related decisions (e.g., required approvals, orchestration of supporting functions and their mandate)
- End to end digital governance process adherence and unsolved risk & non-compliance issues to local management and Global Digital Governance, registration and lifecycle maintenance requirements
- Works closely with (potential) digital business owners in the strategic planning cycle to proactively plan digital engagement activities
- Provide advice on digital governance and pre-inform supporting functions + start required discussion about already known problem statements
- Drives the local implementation of the global, customer centric digital governance framework for all digital engagement channels (e.g., web, social media, mobile apps, voice solutions) and leads the continuous review and improvement of the framework

- University degree
