**You are responsible for**
- Assignments and projects needed to prepare tender documentation and quotations for deals with medium to high degree of complexity.
- Drives continuous improvement of the tender and quote processes within the scope for Philips Medical Equipment.
- Leads a medium size team of 18 people located between Panama & Brazil.
- Follow-ups with the team in regard to product configuration.
- Balances the workload between the team members.
- Promotes team collaboration and professional growth.
- Introduces new supporting process activities, policies, and procedures.
- Ensures adherence to the new and existing processes and procedures using a Lean Mindset.
- Basic analysis and approach of problems according to known methods.
- Proactively does research and gathers data dedicated to resolve specific questions.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices and involved in the development of new practices.
- Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
