**You are responsible for**
- Expected to follow the directions provided by the recruiter regarding the interview panel, dates, and locations for the interviews, and given this information, acts independently to make all necessary arrangements.
- Expected to act independently to resolve potential problems and to advise the recruiter of issues/problems.
- Works under general direction of the operations manager, following the instructions of the supported recruiters in the TA organization.
Failure to act in a timely and accurate manner can result in an inability to attract and hire the talent needed for Philips.
**You are a part of**

Interview scheduling and supporting recruiters, along with other associated administrative functions within the TA organization. Acts as team lead when required.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Advanced English
- Advanced Portuguese
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the use of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Experience as an administrator in an office environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (English), influence and negotiation skills required.
- Supervisory experience beneficial, as may serve as team lead in small locations or ad interim during the absence of the operations manager.
