**You are responsible for**
Provides consultation to the business on roles and responsibilities of all partners and stakeholders in the recruiting process.
Meets/supports goals and objectives as communicated by management.
- Uses CRM to manage recruitment funnel for current and pipeline roles.

Our Talent Acquisition Latin America team responsible for leading operational execution, reducing complexity and increasing efficiencies as the in-house team that continuously improves performance to better support our customers. We are looking to carry on the legacy of passionate, inspirational, collaborative and diverse professionals empowering excellence around the world for Philips to achieve our mission to improve the lives of 2.5B people a year by 2030.
**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Bilingual in English is mandatory - Portuguese is strongly desired.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Sourcing capabilities and creative techniques to identify potential talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; Good listening skills.
- Strong organizational, follow-up skills and attention to detail. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and drive to completion.
