**Remarks**: Our client currently has an immediate opening for a Chief Sales Officer. We are specifically seeking an effective and aggressive sales leader with the proven metrics to be considered a difference maker. The CSO will be responsible for developing and executing new business development strategies, leading the performance of all sales activities, and identifying and expanding new markets. The CSO will be an experienced and results-driven leader responsible for qualifying, negotiating, and closing contracts within the client's market.Our client is a rapidly expanding leading end-to-end Solutions provider driving transformation and innovation for their customers to help harness change to gain competitive advantage through Advisory Services, Cloud Services, Custom Software Solutions, Application Management and Staffing Solutions in the Microsoft, AWS and Google space.
**Client highlights**: Microsoft Managed Gold Certified partner and partners with AWS, Google and Snowflake, among others. Minority co-founded and owned enterprise and are certified as a Minority Business Enterprise by the Eastern Minority Supplier Development Council. Chief Sales Officer REPORTS TO: President LOCATION: Ideally in Pittsburgh or Cincinnati (Washington, D.C., Virginia Beach, or Philadelphia, as well as east of the Mississippi are acceptable locations) What is expected from this role: 1. Execute sales go-to-markets by mentoring and training sales reps2.
Manage each sales reps to achieve results by tracking and ensuring KPIs and activity3. Extensive client involvement/meetings along with your sales reps4. Manage prospecting and generating opportunities with existing and new clients5. Responsible for finding good sales repsRequirements 5+ years of Sales Management experience in IT services (solutions and staffing) industry of sales team delivering over $75M+ annualized bookings10+ years successful experience in an IT services & solutions sales role and delivering an individual quota of over $20MExperience in driving GTMs with partners like Microsoft or AWS and other technologies like SalesForce, SiteCore, Dynamics, etc.Strong understanding of global deliveryInnovative in approach to sales and solutionsCurrently employedBachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)US CitizenExtensive travel required
