Regional Sales Manager

Job Description The Regional Sales Manager is responsible to ensure the productivity and development of the activities of the assigned sales team, through the design and execution of sales strategies and Customer Service models, looking for solutions, improvement and growth options to increase the client portfolio and reach the sales goals.
**Responsibilities**:
To build the sales team and provide leadership and advice, for both the sales organization and corporate, in the execution of sales goals, aligned with the business objectives.
To develop and manage a high performance sales team, through the creation of an onboarding and training process.
To develop sales, as well as short and long term marketing strategies for each region and diverse distribution channels.
To identify and implement best practices to ensure that knowledge exchange is effective throughout the assigned territory.
To manage the sales forecasts and operative processes that support to the commercial department.
To identify, manage (CRM) and capitalize the territory´s assigned markets opportunities.
To form and develop strong relations with the clients responsible for the decision making in their organizations.
To work directly and indirectly as a team to handle change processes and the execution of projects in global markets.
To maintain client satisfaction standards through due diligence and effective problem solution.
To ensure that all business units comply with the specific legal requirements from each market.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor´s Degree in Administration, Marketing or similar is required.
Master´s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar, preferably.
7 to 10 years of experience in commercial areas of pharmaceutical, healthcare, hospital services or medical devices specialized companies.
4 to 7 years of probed experience leading sales and marketing teams.
Experience in entrepreneuring and market openings is preferred.
Experience in sales administration and international commerce.
Direct experience in management, socialization and administration of constant change.
Advanced skill in English language.
**Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office**: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
Profound understanding of the fundamental basis of a business, corporate strategy and organizational behavior.
To be capable of working under pressure.
Availability to travel 75% of the time.
