The CCA IBP is accountable for leading and driving a collaborative and efficient monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This role is also responsible for embedding a weekly and monthly S&OP meeting to align a consensus plan with Sales, Marketing and Finance.This specific role of the CCA IBP is accountable for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Demand PlannerLead in CCA market the successful delivery of: Accurate and timely base-line forecasts, leading the S&OP/IBP process accordingly.Implementing and embedding Global S&OP Operating model in CCA and best practices.This role must understand end-to-end financial implications of demand plans resulting in service to Diageo Customers and inventory performance.
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, OutlookKnowledge of Advanced Planning and Analytics software: SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, etc.ExperienceSupply Chain planning experience in CPG (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, SMR, Logistics), including significant experience managing S&OP process.Wider cross-functional experience preferable e.g. Commercial, Finance or Supply.Significant line management experience required.Experience with advanced planning software with Demand Planning (SAP APO would be an advantage).High degree of quantitative and analytical skills.QualificationsDegree or equivalent in appropriate supply chain, mathematical, engineering, or business degree.APICS CPIM / CSCP or equivalent desirable.Inability to manage conflict and mediate in divergent priority situationsPoor stakeholder engagement skillsInability to coordinate, link and prioritise Demand Planning and S&OP activitiesLack of credibility with among leadership and country stakeholders (GM's, Supply Chain Directors and Leadership Teams).Worker Type : RegularPrimary Location: Panama CityAdditional Locations : Job Posting Start Date : 2023-11-03
