About the Role:
We, in Diageo, are driving a major re-invention in Intelligent & Integrated Business Planning. The i-IBP is future fit change, with building blocks in digital, people & culture, processes, which we will drive through a Transformation Office.

The Regional i-IBP Transformation Manager is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, operational transformation, and strong change governance for the respective region. The Transformation Leader will facilitate and champion the implementation of Organization, Process and Technology initiatives to enhance operations, improve decision-making, and drive sustainable business performance.

She/he will play a key role in connecting will all the critical stakeholders, at all levels, within the region, and globally.

- All markets within a region
- All functions within a region, especially Finance, Consumer, Customer interfaces
- Senior stakeholders such as the President, Regional Finance Director, etc
- Global Planning and Logistics, Regional Planning and Logistics
- The i-IBP transformation office, including D&T

Top Accountabilities:

- Improving Bias and Sales Forecast Accuracy through improved IBP/demand planning maturity, which includes digital, people and process.
- Ensure all key programme artifacts are in place including; project charters, integrated plan, risk register, investment and benefits.
- Define and own the filling of the consolidated resource requirements
- A successful trasnsformation will have:

Skills/experience:

- Qualifications: BSc in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or similar. MBA or MSc in relevant field is desirable.
- Technical Skills:

- Demonstrated passion for future fit digitization.
- Hands on demand Planning experience in FMCG, TBA, or e-commerce.
- Strong IBP foundation following Oliver Wight’s process standards with strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated success in Supply Chain, including demand and supply balancing, inventory management, capacity management, etc.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully having led complex transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of business process optimization, performance measurement, and change management principles.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, enabling data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish required. Portuguese would be a plus.

Desirable Previous Experience:

- Strategic Planning and Transformation: Demonstrated experience leading strategic planning processes and executing transformational initiatives in multinational corporations.
- Change Management: Proven track record of driving organizational change, overcoming resistance, and fostering a culture of innovation and agility.
- Project Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from inception to implementation, delivering tangible business results on time and within budget.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of market dynamics, regulatory environments, and cultural nuances across different countries in the LAC region.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills with a history of successfully engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior leadership.
