**Job brief**

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule meetings
- Book travel and accommodations
- Manage a contact list
- Data Entry
- Prepare custom spreadsheets and keep online records
- Organize managers’ calendars
- Provide customer service as first point of contact

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a Assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administratoror Executive Assistant are a plus

**Salary**: B/.5.00 - B/.7.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Associate (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English with strong reading and writing Skills (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 30/01/2023
