**Duties and Responsibilities Main tasks**: Support to the UNDP Food & Agricultural Commodity Systems Community team in: - Provide generic support with the back-office of the digital platform (Hivebrite) and upload content (posts, events, resources, videos, lessons learnt), - Provide technical support with various digital tools, platforms, software (Zoom, Mural, MIRO, Mentimeter, etc.), - Collate Community-related data (events, membership statistics etc.), including presentation in flowcharts, tables, slides, - Support with video editing and creating content for newsletters/bulletins, - Support with creation of promotional assets (flyers, banners etc.), - Support with the maintenance of the databases, - Support with the organization of internal & external meetings, calls with existing members, and orientation calls for new members, - Support in preparation of meeting minutes or reports, - Support in delivery of virtual events when needed, - Any other tasks as requested by the Community Lead and Community Advisors. Competencies Competencies: Demonstrates integrity by modelling the UN’s values and ethical standards.Promotes the vision, mission, and strategic goals of UNDP.Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.Treats all people fairly without favouritism.Interest and motivation in working in an international organization.Interest in knowledge management and communications.Excellent IT skills including MS Office.Excellent writing and editing skills.Knowledge of video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom), online visual collaboration platforms (e.g., MURAL, MIRO), online graphic design platforms (e.g., Adobe, Canva), community management platforms (e.g., Hivebrite).Experience with social media management is a plus.Personal Skills: Proactive and able to take initiative.Able to work independently as part of a globally distributed team.Energetic, positive, and constructive attitude.Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities.Excellent organizational, inter-personal, communication and administrative skill. Required Skills and Experience Requirements and Qualifications Education: (a) Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor level or equivalent) in a relevant study area, such as environmental management, agriculture, sustainable development, economics, global development, social or political sciences, or any other related field. or(b) Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher) such as environmental management, agriculture, sustainable development, economics, global development, social or political sciences, or any other related field.
