**What you will be doing**
- To process reservations by mail, telephone, chat (web / Facebook) or central reservation systems referrals.
- Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
- Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans. Your supervisor will inform you of this.
- Communicates reservation information to the front desk if needed.
- Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relay this information to the front desk if it's needed.
- Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.
- Ask to the Locations Support team or Location staff to processes advance deposits on reservations.
- Tracks future room availabilities on the basis of reservations.
- Monitors advances deposit requirements.
- Makes sure that files you use are kept up to date.
- Getting information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in particular seasons.
- Making arrangements for clients' travel programs.
- Tracks future room availability on the basis of reservations.
- To be aware of all front office procedures.
- Support Sales department, Travel Department and Locations (when needed), and another department with reservations requests.

**What you need for the role**
- 2 years of experience in managing roles in customer service, support and sales
- Excellent attention to small details
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- English and Spanish advanced
