Main Goal is to increase sales and make an opportunity in every contact with the possible customers and guests. Always have a proactive attitude and answer not just solving an issue or giving an answer but giving the extra mile in order to promote all the products that Selina has besides of accommodation.Always provided and deliver the best guest experiences using any tool of communication, including your coworkers.You are ready to jump in at any time and wear many hats because you value the growth you can have by learning to do it all.? Your responsibilities are (not limited to): o To receive requests, inquiries, complaints and issues from guests in house or that left the location already by mail, telephone, chat (web / app) or central reservation systems referrals such as CRMo Knows how to approach (by templates and guidelines) to this guests and to locations in order to look for a solution and answero Knows booking details. Your supervisor will inform you this.o Communicate this to other departments, if needed.o Monitors any requirements and follow-up on cases.o Makes sure that files you use are kept up to date.o To be aware of all front office procedures.o Close the cases in a proper wayo 2 years of experience in managing roles in customer service, support and sales o Excellent attention to small detailso Customer Service skillso Excellent communication skillso English and Spanish advanced
