What you will be doingTo process reservations by mail, telephone, chat (web / Facebook) or central reservation systems referrals.Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans. Your supervisor will inform you of this.Communicates reservation information to the front desk if needed.Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relay this information to the front desk if it's needed.Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.Ask to the Locations Support team or Location staff to processes advance deposits on reservations.Tracks future room availabilities on the basis of reservations.Monitors advances deposit requirements.Makes sure that files you use are kept up to date.Getting information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in particular seasons.Making arrangements for clients' travel programs.Tracks future room availability on the basis ofreservations.To be aware of all front office procedures.Support Sales department, Travel Department and Locations (when needed), and another department with reservations requests.What you need for the role2 years of experience in managing roles in customer service, support and salesExcellent attention to small detailsCustomer Service skillsExcellent communication skillsEnglish and Spanish advanced
