**You are responsible for**
- Performs day-to-day Procurement operations under guidance of Panama Operational Procurement Team Lead.
- Performs operational and tactical sourcing activities regarding Shopping Cards / Purchase Orders Creation.
- Stakeholders management and support.
- Takes ownership on normal day-to-day operations, captured in the key areas of responsibility focusing on the continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluates of KPIs: Purchase Order Compliance, Service Level Agreement end to end timing Approval; Parked invoices.
- Support projects and new system implementation.
- Indirect Services and Material Customer Service support America
- Vendor Master Data Customer Service support America, creating vendors and making the screening regarding to the background of each of them, to always offer the best quality to our market.
