**Job Description What's the role**: Makes sure there is complete alignment between processes, policies, data, controls, training materials, and departments needs around ARIBA Sourcing Suite processes What you'll do: Helps defines the ARIBA Sourcing Suite Strategy (1 year and 3-year plan)Identify gaps between actual processes and best practices, and plan to close the gaps.Creates the Supplier Management program across LLA Performs Supplier analysis Reviews and confirm Supplier segmentationCoordinates Supplier Performance analysis and certificationsCoordinates new requirements with other departments Coordinates with system administrators’ maintenance of the ARIBA Sourcing Suite Documents ARIBA Sourcing Suite changesTest ARIBA Sourcing Suite changesConfirms performance of ARIBA Sourcing Suite configurationMaintains contract libraryCreates ARIBA Sourcing Suite training materialsDeliver ARIBA Sourcing Suite trainingCreates communication around ARIBA Sourcing processesImproves processes around the ARIBA Sourcing SuiteResponsible for Contract Management activities, including Governance complianceSupports adherence of processes, policies, and systems around the Sourcing suite by the businessProvide Business advice where possible to consolidate and standardize sourcing processes.Optimize balance between risk - cost - flexibility/quality of ARIBA Sourcing suite processesSOX Compliance Knowledge and Experience: Academic background (Bachelor): preferably in business administration, industrial or system engineer, finance / procurementRelevant experience (+10 years) in Procurement / Supply Chain / relevant BusinessRelevant experience in an international / multi-country / matrix environmentPreferably experience in relevant technological areas of telecommunicationsDemonstrable experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with a strong focus on customer serviceSkills & Abilities: Good communication and networking skillsAbility to be a team leaderAbility to resolve conflictsStrategic MindRelates effectively to people at all levels of the organization Excellent analytical skills, coupled with general business understanding and the ability to proactively identify new opportunities, building organizational commitment to act on these.Excellent communicator and good (virtual) team builder with strong customer focus.Ability to work independently and take decisions as and when required.Ability to work independently, in teams and closely with senior management team members.Strong commercial acumen enabling the creation of compelling, fact based presentations that influence and persuade stakeholders to move and agree to the desired outcomeFluent (oral & written) in EnglishPreferably SpanishWho We AreWe are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands VTR, Flow, Liberty, Más Móvil, BTC, and Cabletica.
