**What the role is**

**What you will be doing**
Able to work with users at different levels across multiple countries
- Configure Azure AD and Identity
- Managing IT’s ticket queue
- Troubleshoot and support Windows and Mac laptops
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Provide guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on client questions and problems.
- Redirect issues to the appropriate resource.
- Identify situations requiring urgent attention.
**What you need for the role**
- At least 2 years of experience as a Help Desk/IT Support Specialist - must
- Excellent English written and verbal - must
- Experience with an active directory - must
- Experience with Microsoft Azure AD and Intune - Big Advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Identity Management - Big Advantage
- Strong desire to learn and to progress in the IT field
- Strong drive to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude
