**Estas son sus funciones**: Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estndares que establece Liebherr Mining en cada uno de los procesos internos y externos que conforman la remanufactura de componentes en Liebherr Panama (LPN). Esto soportado por un Sistema de Gestin de Calidad que brinda consistencia y permite mejorar continuamente el proceso as como el producto final.
Establecer la planificacin y dar seguimiento a las actividades y requisitos establecidos dentro del Balance Score Card requeridas para cumplir con los estndares de la certificacin Reman MIN SEU.
Implementar procedimientos y establecer estndares para asegurar una adecuada gestin en el control de la contaminacin en los procesos internos y externos durante la remanufactura de componentes.
Participar activamente junto con el rea de Operaciones Reman para asegurar una adecuada gestin de la Seguridad en los procesos del taller.
Implementar y mantener el uso de la metodologa 6S para la gestin de herramientas y equipos especiales dentro del taller, as como auditar la certificacin y calibracin de los mismos.
Implementar el uso de un tablero de mejora continua y promover la formacin de crculos de calidad con el personal tcnico que contribuyan al diseo e implementacin de nuevos procedimientos, as como a la utilizacin de nuevas herramientas o equipamiento.
Ejecutar el control de calidad final para todos los componentes armados, realizando una medicin o verificacin representativa de valores crticos (medidas, presiones, torques, etc.)
Ejecutar auditoras internas para verificar la consistencia en el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y mecanismos de control de los procesos, por parte de todas las reas dentro de la Gerencia ReMan.
Ejecutar auditoras externas para verificar la consistencia en el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y mecanismos de control de los procesos de proveedores externos. Esta actividad tanto para la evaluacin de nuevos proveedores o para re-validar los proveedores existentes. De acuerdo a los requisitos establecidos por MIN SEU.
Liderar las coordinaciones para establecer los acuerdos y requisitos de calidad, as como los acuerdos de confidencialidad con todos los proveedores externos de LPN Reman.
Realizar el seguimiento para la implementacin de las acciones correctivas que resulten del anlisis de un ReDo o retrabajo dentro de la Gerencia Reman.
Utilizar la herramienta Lean Manufacturing para liderar y dar seguimiento a los proyectos de mejora continua en la Gerencia ReMan, implementando nuevos procesos, mejorando los existentes o descartando aquellos que no generen valor.
Definir y elaborar los reportes de KPI asociados a la gestin de calidad de la Gerencia Reman (tasa de ReDo, presentacin de Best Practices, etc.)
Asesorar a los proveedores para modificar o implementar nuevas actividades o adaptar sus actividades para que cumplan con los estndares de MIN SEU.
Promover la utilizacin de nuevas tecnologas que contribuyan a generar mayor valor en la calidad de los procesos.
Realizar otras actividades inherentes al puesto que estn alineados con los objetivos de la Gerencia Reman.

**Lo que aportas**:
Ingeniero Industrial, Mecnico, Mecnico Elctrico, Mecatrnico o carrera afn.
Experiência deseada de 5 aos en diseo e implementacin de Sistemas de Gestin de Calidad
Experiência en plantas industriales, de manufactura o de produccin (deseable)
Experiência en gestin de seguridad industrial (preferible)
Experiência en gestin del control de la contaminacin en los procesos
Conocimiento y utilizacin de la norma ISO 9001-2015
Certificacin Six Sigma Green Belt o Black Belt (deseable)
Conocimiento de metodologa 6S y herramientas Lean Manufacturing (deseable)
Conocimiento o capacitacin en metrologa (preferible)
Conocimiento de componentes de maquinaria pesada (preferible)
Ingls fluido
MS Office avanzado
