**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketplace Sales Associate (MSA) to join our team.
This role focuses on managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth operations within marketplace platforms.
You will be a pivotal part of our sales team, contributing to the organizations growth by providing excellent customer service and optimizing marketplace strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**: Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs promptly.
**Marketplace Operations**: Assist in the setup and optimization of listings and inventory on marketplace platforms.
Monitor and ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations.
**Sales Development**: Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to enhance marketplace presence.
Drive revenue by implementing effective sales campaigns.
**Data Management and Reporting**: Track and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Generate and present regular sales reports to management.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and issue resolution.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop campaigns tailored to marketplace audiences.
**Qualifications**: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce setting.
**Skills**: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and online communication platforms.
**Mindset**: A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving goals.
Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
**Nice-to-Haves**: Experience with online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.
Familiarity with marketplace-specific tools or software.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies for marketplaces.
