**Job Description**:
Join our Animal Health Team

The Multispecies Marketing Manager, will be responsible for articulating the brand strategies for a multiple species portfolio and shaping the image and perception of our brands by translating the strategies into commercial objectives and actionable tactics. Also, will uncover customer and consumer insights to deliver a distinctive go-to-market strategy and devise campaign ideas and concepts that aim to engage, motivate, and educate while delivering added value to our customers. The role is responsible for creating trends in the market, seeking innovation and challenging everyone to think outside the box. The position will work closely with Business Unit Managers as well as other key stakeholders and teams to ensure alignment and relevance of marketing strategies and campaigns. Your ability to build strong ties, influence and manage your stakeholders is crucial in this role.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree ("Licenciatura"). MBA, preferred.
- Three (3) or more years of marketing, brand, or product management, or a related area
- Professional training in various areas of agribusiness or marketing
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
- Proven track-record of developing brand and marketing strategies and ability to translate into tangible and easy to understand plans and tactics. Managing strategy implementation and delivering stellar business value and growth
- Proven ability to drive results based on customer needs and insights
- Experience working with omnichannel marketing and different target audiences
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to lead complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders
- Analytical capabilities and affinity for numbers partnered with a creative mind
- Understanding trends and culture in the market
- Anticipate and predict future customer, market and brand changes
- A self-starter with the ability to develop close relationships with internal and external partners
- A forward-thinking, commercial, and strategic mindset
- Sense of accountability and ownership
