Actualmente, esta es una organización de quince personas con oportunidad de crecimiento en base a nuestras aspiraciones. Esta persona supervisará el desarrollo de planes estratégicos, tácticos y de gestión del ciclo de vida, colaborando con miembros de los equipos locales, regionales y globales para acelerar el crecimiento de productos/indicaciones prioritarios y ejecutar sin problemas el lanzamiento de nuevas indicaciones/productos.En esta función, el BUD trabajará en estrecha colaboración con otros miembros de nuestro equipo de liderazgo ejecutivo y extendido para establecer nuestras prioridades estratégicas para la subsidiaria, incluidas nuestras prioridades de talento, DEI (diversidad, equidad e inclusión) y cumplimiento.Este puesto requerirá un liderazgo destacado en todas las áreas de la gestión de productos, incluida la evaluación del mercado, la segmentación del mercado, el desarrollo del mercado, la estrategia del estado de la enfermedad, la participación de líderes de opinión, el acceso al mercado/reembolso, la estrategia y el posicionamiento del producto, la previsión, la estrategia de promoción, el canal estrategias, asignación de recursos y seguimiento del rendimiento.Las responsabilidades clave incluyen, entre otras, las siguientes: Aprovechar un enfoque centrado en el cliente para desarrollar estrategias y soluciones que nos permitan crear y capturar valor, convirtiéndonos en la empresa líder en Oncología y Vacunas del mercado.Proporcione liderazgo comercial y aportes sobre las interacciones de las autoridades de salud, la estrategia de presentación regulatoria, las revisiones de preparación para el lanzamiento, la gestión de clientes clave y la participación de líderes de opinión.Liderar la previsión, la asignación de recursos, la gestión de gastos, la supervisión del rendimiento y la gestión de pérdidas y ganancias para cumplir con los compromisos financieros.Establecer, monitorear, ajustar y lograr resultados comerciales clave.Aproveche diversas estrategias, herramientas analíticas, procesos y métodos para optimizar las capacidades, la eficacia y el rendimiento de la fuerza de campo.Reclutar, desarrollar y retener un equipo de alto rendimiento; modelando y reforzando nuestras formas de trabajar y brindando retroalimentación/entrenamiento continuo.Trabaje de manera efectiva con socios multifuncionales locales y regionales, incluidos acceso al mercado, política, asuntos médicos, asuntos regulatorios, fabricación, legal y cumplimiento para navegar con éxito en el entorno interno y externo.Construya y mantenga una relación con las principales partes interesadas externas, clientes y líderes científicos.Desarrollar una comprensión integral de la categoría de Oncología y Vacunas, incluidos los competidores, para identificar las mejores prácticas y proponer métodos innovadores/alternativos para brindar valor a los consumidores, pacientes, proveedores y clientes.Requisito de educación: BA/BS.
