**Día a día del Network Support Engineer**:
- Atender incidencias ocasionadas a nível de nuestro Cloud Services y base instalada en OnPremise, dando respuesta inmediata ante cualquier situación que genere perdida del sistema al cliente. Ayudar a identificar la causa raíz del problema entre las distintas capas y buscar maneras de evitar que suceda.
- Atención y seguimiento de solicitudes asignadas, internas (de parte del equipo de TopManage) o externas (cliente).
- Canalizar los requerimientos y solicitudes a los departamentos correspondientes en caso de que sea requerido.
- Prestar apoyo a otros miembros del equipo.
- Seguimiento de los avances de cada solicitud y llevar a cabo las actividades pactadas con el cliente.
