Como Category Manager, serás responsable de gestionar y supervisar una categoría específica de productos, asegurando su éxito en el mercado y estableciendo estrategias de crecimiento. Trabajarás en colaboración con diferentes áreas de la empresa para garantizar la línea de productos más adecuada, sólidos resultados de ventas y una excelente experiência del cliente. Si te apasiona el mundo de las ventas, los negocios y el desarrollo de estrategias comerciales innovadoras, esta es tu oportunidad de formar parte de una empresa líder en su sector.**Responsabilidades principales**: - Gestionar y supervisar una categoría específica de productos, desarrollando estrategias que impulsen el crecimiento y las ventas.
- Analizar el mercado y la competencia para identificar oportunidades y tendencias relevantes. - Definir y controlar el presupuesto asignado a la categoría, asegurando una gestión eficiente de los recursos. - Negociar acuerdos y contratos con proveedores, buscando siempre obtener las mejores condiciones para la empresa. Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar campañas efectivas que impulsen el reconocimiento y la demanda de los productos de la categoría. - Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de ventas para garantizar una correcta implementación de las estrategias en el punto de venta.
**Lo que esperamos de ti**: - Experiência previa como Category Manager o en áreas comerciales y de ventas. - Capacidad para analizar datos y tendencias del mercado. Habilidades de negociación y facilidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con proveedores. - Orientación al logro de objetivos y resultados. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
