**Company Summary**
**Position Summary**
The Vendor Support position is an extremely important role within our MSP team. The Vendor Support role will be responsible for vendor interaction, ensuring the proper channels of communication are followed in a prompt manner, and resolved effectively and efficiently. The Vendor Support position will be responsible for interacting with vendors to resolve issues, supply support where needed, and close out any outstanding questions to satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
- Respond to Client/Vendor inquiries to resolve in a timely manner
- Redirect Client/Vendor to proper internal departments where necessary
- Provide support in troubleshooting issues and questions in a timely manner
- Understanding of appropriate escalation channels
**Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with the Google Suite of products
- Experience working with in a team environment
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Willingness to go above and beyond/take initiative
- 2-4 years of experience working within a customer service/administrative role
