Within predetermined deadline, prepare the required documents according to destination (bill of lading, invoice, customs documents, packing list, quality certificate, waivers,...) Input, update and report on the status of the shipments in our system (AX) Delivery and presentation of a shipment file Deliver files according to the standards and rules predetermined by the customer and as described in the banking instrument. Presenting the documents to the bank, customers and overseas agents. If necessary, negotiate with the bank in case of discrepancies/uncertainties regarding the offered documents and make adjustments if necessary. Communicate feedback to the commercial desk if intervention of a commercial is required.
Maintain good relations with the bank. Follow-up and payment Follow-up payment Keeping the financial and commercial desk informed Send non-negotiable documents to customer and/or agent Classifying the file and/or pass the file to the trade support coordinators
