- Implement marketing strategies in the Region in alignment with the Strategic Industry Group.
- Understand and consider the local market needs, opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape for the industries (Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Mining, Water) depending on the field of expertise
- Develop an annual plan to reach the customer following the corporate consult strategies and taking the industry trend into consideration to translate the business needs in goals
- Work closely with Communication Manager to create campaigns in the market.
- Follow up opportunities and close the gaps being a consultant point in the specific field for our representatives and final customer
- Develop with our representatives the pipeline sales for each industry, working closely with the sales team.
- Create media content with our Marcom Manager, to give the input to create campaigns.
- Conduct seminars, webinars and training for our customer or potential customer.
- Create networking opportunities in the related fields.

This position must have experience in selling measuring instruments such as flow, liquid analytics, level measurement, pressure and any variable that can be measured in a productive process, this person will be in charge of adapting the marketing campaigns made in the corporate to the needs of the Latin American region, This person must have knowledge of industrial processes related to the management of water treatment plants or power generation. This person should visit customers and dealers in the region to advise on how our instruments can optimize the process of water management in their plants, they may have experience selling instruments or even electric pumps for use in water plants, but it is essential that he/she handles instrumentation.

He must accompany the representative of the potential countries to know the needs and trends of each country, for example, if a plant is being modernized, he must be in contact to advise him, he is supported by the market developer who is the seller of the region, but in his case, he generates opportunities based on his knowledge of the process and the seller generates through the knowledge of the product.

**Requisitos**:
Engineer with experience in consultative sales, generally chemical, electrical, electromechanical,mechatronic, automation engineer, process engineers, or other related field with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles with extensive knowledge in instrumentation/process automation and good understanding about consultative
sales.

Availability to travel

English and Spanish is a must.
