Descripción GENERALIDADES DEL REQUERIMIENTO Estamos buscando un profesional altamente capacitado para desempeñarse como Brand Manager de nuestras marcas de tiendas de alimentos: SugarFly, OrganiK y Vending Machines. El objetivo principal de este rol es establecer y asegurar el logro de objetivos comerciales estratégicos de desarrollo de negocios, dando como resultado superar la meta de EBITDA de cada marca bajo su cargo. El Brand Manager debe ser capaz de desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales efectivas para cumplir con el plan de ventas y meta de EBITDA por marca a nível regional, y liderar el equipo de Supervisores en los puntos de venta. NUESTRO CLIENTE: IMPORTANTE EMPRESA DE RETAIL EN PANAMA UBICACION: PANAMA Requisitos DESCRIPCIÓN Y REQUERIMIENTOS ESPÈCIFICOS Experiência mínima de dos años en el manejo de marcas de tiendas de alimentos.

Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración de Empresas o una disciplina relacionada. Es muy importante el ingles B2 o C1 Desarrollar e implementar las estrategias comerciales para cumplir con el plan de ventas y meta de EBITDA por marca a nível regional. Negociar con los proveedores márgenes e inversión comercial para el desarrollo de las marcas a nível regional. Desarrollar e implementar el plan de mercadeo anual (promociones y lanzamiento de nuevos productos) para cada país acordado con cada marca.

Desarrollar e implementar planes de fidelización de clientes. Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia digital y canal de e-commerce. Liderar el proceso de estimación de la demanda mensual por marca / referencia a nível regional. Planear la apertura de nuevas tiendas a nível regional.

Liderar el proceso de presupuesto anual de ventas a nível regional Reportar mensualmente al CEO las ventas y compras por marca/filial, status de inventarios, márgenes brutos y KPI's que midan la efectividad de la inversión en marketing (ej. ROI, ventas por m2, ticket promedio, ítems por ticket, ventas incrementales por promoción o campaña publicitaria). Liderar equipo de Supervisores en los puntos de venta. Habilidades comprobadas en la negociación y toma de decisiones oportunas.

Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo. Excelente pensamiento estratégico y habilidades multitareas. Orientado(a) a resultados y con un enfoque en el logro de objetivos. Capacidad para liderar equipos y trabajar de manera independiente.
