ACERCA DE LA VACANTE Funciones del Puesto Desarrollar Alianzas Comerciales.
Establecer objetivos y Dar Seguimiento.
Desarrollar Canales "Reseller Agreement".
Responsable de KPI´S de Rechazo, Devoluciones y Distribución Numérica
Responsable KPI de "distribución " de acuerdo con la estrategia de marca para cada canal.
Responsable de las operaciones de ventas dentro de sus clientes.
Responsable por el desarrollo motivacional del equipo.
Participar en la elaboración y estrategia de presupuesto anual de ventas con la Brand Manager
Establecer los objetivos de KPI´s para su equipo (vendedores y supervisores)
Organizar y asignar rutas de ventas para los vendedores (plano de campo).
Ejecutar los lineamientos comerciales de la marca en los puntos de venta.

Requisitos del Puesto

Licenciatura en Mercadeo, ingeniera industrial o carreras a fines
Manejo de Office Intermedio o avanzado
Proactivo, orientación al cliente, buen manejo de personal

Experiência Deseada

Experiência de 5 años o más
