**Descripción del puesto**:
- Establish guidelines for the development and growth of the brand in the country in the short, medium and long term.
- To have global knowledge of the countries with respect to the brands and businesses handled.
- Manage communications with the representative and/or sales channels.
- Develop sales channels for future negotiations with customers.
- Accompany representatives on customer visits in order to offer advice on products.
- Validate approval of product discounts based on established margin.
- To plan and follow up the visits of the representatives in the countries of responsibility.
- Generate sales projection.
- Support the Intern in the generation of customer accounts.
- Follow up on the internal logistics of shipping products to customers.
- Coordinate product campaigns in conjunction with marketing.
- Consolidate business development strategies following the guidelines set by International.
- Report customer visits in the CRM tool for their respective follow-up.
- Make travel requests taking into consideration the policies established by the company.
- Perform any other function inherent to the position.
**5 years of experience in dealing with customers, providing support and technical advice. Experience in industrial processes.**
**Requisitos**:
- Mechanical, chemical, electrical or related engineer.
- Knowledge in industrial instrumentation.
- Knowledge in SAP and CRM.
- English language skills (fluent)
- Availability to travel.
