**Job Description What's the role**: Reporting to the Regional Head of Digital Transformation for Growth and CVM, this role will assist serve the role of product owner for agile development management of digital journeys and platforms for growth and CVM addressing the Learn, Buy, Get journeys (Sales, marketing, activation) in the communications and entertainment product flow. Alsowill be responsible for serving as the liaison with the business owners in the various OpCos representing the business needs, and scheduling and managing the agile platform development based on the requirements What you'll do: Delivering business results and customer valueSpecific and measurable KPIs to be defined for each Squad in your TribeSetting an overall vision to direct and inform the Squads workWorking closely with your Tribe Lead to understand and drive alignment on the Tribes business strategy, goals, and objectivesTranslating this understanding into a clear vision for your Squad to inform the creation and prioritization of the Squad's backlog of workSharing information about the Squads output and priorities with other Product Owners to ensure alignment across the organizationServing as the voice of customer or end-userProactively seeking customer feedback to learn and better understand their needs and requirementsRepresenting customer needs and requirements to ensure they are well-understood by the SquadFacilitating product demos to empower Squad members with real-time feedback from customersEngaging key business and IT stakeholder across the companyRegularly engaging key stakeholdersConducting annual and quarterly reviews with key stakeholdersOverseeing what is delivered by the Squad and by whenPrioritizing work through a well-organized backlog of user stories, and clearly communicating what needs to be done and by when Defining and clearly communicating acceptance criteria for output based on business & customer needsMaking trade-off decisions to balance product quality, cost, and delivery timelines, as neededSupporting and enabling the Squad to get its work doneRegularly engaging with the Squad to offer feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements, and answer questionsEngaging with Chapter Leads with regards to resourcing and functional expertise required in SquadWorking with group functions, shared services, and other stakeholders to make sure the Squad has what it needs to do its workRemoving roadblocks or bottlenecks that prevent the Squad from progressing on its workEnabling the organizations new way of workingModelling behaviours to support the organizations transformation to a new way of workingActively creating and maintaining a Squad culture based on the organization and Agile leadership behaviors Knowledge & Experience: Graduate level (Bachelors or higher) degree in Information Technology, Finance or Business or related field. Significant program management, finance management and communication experience (8+ years) MBA is a plusMinimum 8 years previous relevant experience as a product owner in agile digital development gained within a large commercial environmentDeep understanding of the agile development methodology, the role of product owner, digital platform development Strong business acumen and a deep strategic mindsetKnowledge and experience working with various technology platformsExperience working with and understanding the needs of customers or clients (internal or external)Ability to lead a cross-functional team through influenceProven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft dataCommitment to the organizations new way of working through greater collaboration and breaking down of siloesWho We AreWe are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands VTR, Flow, Liberty, Ms Mvil, BTC, and Cabletica.
