**Funciones del cargo**:
**Tendrás la oportunidad de**:

- Generar eficiencias y valor continuo en los procesos relevantes de la compañía.
- Mejorar el Time to market.
- Proporcionar visión y dirección al equipo de desarrollo y a las partes interesadas durante todo el proyecto definiendo los requerimientos del Producto en las formas de Épicas, Features e Historias de usuario.
- Gestión del Product Backlog, planificación de los Sprints y elaboración de historias de usuario
- Liderar el Refinamiento de los PBIs junto al equipo de desarrollo y los usuarios involucrados.
- Responsable de Priorizar y Ordenar el Product Backlog usando diversas técnicas de priorización que consideren la entrega de valor de negocio.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:
**¿Qué requerimos?**
- Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en el rol de producto Owner
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en:

- Experiência mínima de 2 años en la relación con el cliente y proveedores y la gestión de áreas de servicio.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años gestionando proyectos de software, coordinando equipos.
- Experiência en el área de la tecnología (redes, bases de datos y desarrollo de software).
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en la definición de Requerimientos (Bizagi).
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en la Gestión de Procesos, Servicios de Tecnología, Gestión de Servicios (PMI, ITIL).
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en herramientas de calidad, conceptos y procesos (Azure, Jira).

**Opcionales**:
**Es un plus sí**:

- Cuentas con una especialización en Gerencia de Proyectos.
- Cuentas con experiência en arquitectura de software y nube (AWS).
- Cuentas con experiência en la optimización de los procesos ágiles.
- Cuentas con experiência en los proyectos software específicamente en el sector financiero.
