**Job Title**: PTP T&E Support Intern

**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

Describe in one impactful sentence the bigger purpose that this role contributes to in our company.

Under this role the P2P Specialist will ensure correct execution of the Accounts Payable activities that pertains to T&E, Concur and AMEX process, aiming to mitigate the current operational risks and escalations which are received in the Market and developing proper partnership with B/M/F and GLOBAL BPE/BPO.

**You are responsible for**
- Provide adequate support to our internal stakeholders under business claims.
- Provide proper guidance about the usage on CONCUR
- Supervise Back-end team and reduce the correctness of payment execution.
- Reduce aging balance(s) for AMEX process Markets

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
- Accounts Payable/Procurement to Pay process experience and knowledge
- Concur system knowledge is a must
- Reconciliation and analysis background
- Organized and detailed oriented to identify root cause
- 3C analysis and PRIDE Problem Solving basis is desirable
- English, Spanish language speakers, Portuguese is a plus
- Resourceful to Process and system driven structure
