The Position As Product Manager your mission in the Obesity Business Unit is to expand Obesity care across our key markets, consolidating our current position allowing us to improve the lives of millions of people living with Obesity across CLAT. A growing health concern in a dynamic and high-paced multi-country setting, where teamwork, innovation and creativity ensure we deliver our results. Main responsibilities Lead the cross functional matrix team in delivering the obesity strategy in line with patients journey steps and ensuring excellence in execution in delivery of the business.
Analyse, identify and communicate areas of opportunity for business growth; Orchestrate the job of multiple internal and external stakeholders working across the patients’ journey. Develop & implement both strategic and tactical local plans mapping buying process, market segmentation, competitor analysis, market modelling, scenario + contingency planning as well as investigate various sales channels opportunities. Communicate brand strategy, positioning, key messages and their rationale to develop organisational strategic understanding of market environment and key leverage points on the patients journey; Support medical, market access and communication with tactical planning to ensure alignment of campaign to drive excellent patient journey Requirements Graduate in Life Sciences, Business or Marketing or equivalent field Advanced Marketing/Business qualification is desirable Spanish and English proficiency Work experience: Pharmaceutical/healthcare, consumer goods industries or private market sales and marketing experience preferred with successful track record of: Customer facing role; Creative MCE expertise; Development and execution (including market access launch preparation) Management of line extensions and new indications; Broader functional experience desirable (i.e. Field Force effectiveness, Business analytics/information; Sales Training; Global Marketing role) About the department Novo Nordisk CLAT is based in Panama City and is responsible for the operations in Central America, the Caribbean and selected South American markets in more than 35 countries.
As part of the Novo Nordisk LATAM region, the affiliate has more than 85 employees highly engaged in improving the lives of patients with diabetes, obesity, haemophilia and growth disorders.
