**Un día en la vida de**
Aplicar herramientas y habilidades de gestión de proyectos para garantizar el lanzamiento dentro del alcance, a tiempo y con calidad y la ejecución impecable de proyectos de Innovación y Renovación (I&R) de complejidad media a alta, de principio a fin, gestionando un equipo multifuncional y multidisciplinario para lograr la entrega de resultados al negocio. Asegurar los recursos invertidos para que generen el retorno esperado de la inversión.
- Gestionar todas las funciones y mercados involucrados en el proyecto para planificar tareas y tiempos, definir ruta crítica y realizar un seguimiento de las actividades end to end garantizando que el proyecto avance según lo planeado.
- Alinear el equipo con los objetivos comunes del proyecto, fomentar la interacción y la colaboración entre las diversas funciones involucradas en el proyecto.
- Impulsar la Gestión de Oportunidades y Riesgos y escalar oportunamente a los principales stakeholders.
- Coordinar y facilitar las reuniones del proyecto, incluidos Kickoff, reuniones de aprobación, presentación de status, seguimiento periódico del proyecto, evaluaciones de riesgos, revisiones posteriores al lanzamiento y las reuniones o talleres adicionales según sea necesario.
- Identificar solicitudes de cambio, evaluar el impacto, documentar y obtener su aprobación o rechazo.
- Proporcionar transparencia, documentación y comunicación del estado del proyecto.

**Lo que te hará exitoso
- Mínimo 4 años de experiência en gestión de proyectos con de equipos multifuncionales.
- Dominio de herramientas como Microsoft Project/ Power Point/Excel/ PowerBI.
- Inglés avanzado.
