Ensures healthy data operation and delivery of high-quality standards for the inputs required to support Data Analytics & Use Cases.The owner of the role will be responsible for 1) maintaining optimal data operations and pipelines, 2) defining standard principles/conventions for data management, 3) designing & implementing Data Quality Framework for the Digital Team, 4) Identifying & addressing data quality opportunities, 5) Enabling implementation of proper data security & privacy practicesYou should be comfortable working with data engineering & analytics teams in a fast-paced environment to maintain and support high quality and robust data pipelines that deliver value for the company.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport development and implementation of Data Processes & Pipelines for Millicom’s Digital Regional Team. Ensure data flowing through the ecosystems meets quality standards required to build robust use cases & support business decisions.Ensure healthy operation of Millicom’s Digital Data ecosystemMaintain optimal operation of existing data pipelinesIdentify opportunities to improve current data workflows that support data-driven decisions across the company. Identify, design, and implement improvements, such as: automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery.Design standards, principles, and conventions for the Digital Data ecosystemEnsure proper mapping and documentation of existing data & processesDesign Data Quality Framework for the Digital ecosystem. Set up guidelines, best practices to close existing gaps and ensure continuous improvements.Lead monitoring of data processes & quality in the Digital ecosystem.Lead implementation of data quality measurement system.
