One Identity (a Quest Software business) is experiencing above industry business growth rates.Role OverviewThe Service Planner is a key role within our organization responsible for managing the various product releases that occur. This individual will work with our development teams as well as the customer support organization to ensure our solutions follow our internal standards during our release processes. Responsibilities -Responsible for the scheduling of new products and or version releases across the organization-Responsible for the scheduling of product training globally for new products/versions-Works with our documentation writers to ensure our documentation is current, correct and available to our customers-Works with our development and support teams to ensure that downloads are added to the support portal for customers-Maintains internal product sites with up to date and historical information surrounding products and versions-Maintains the public product lifecycle for customers which displays version support etc.Is a key stake holder during the go to market of a new product, ensuring internal SKUs, marketing, etc is on track for release-Responsible for customer support notifications to customers such as new product/version release, critical product notifications, etc.KEY SUCCESS FACTORS-Independent working individual who displays leadership capabilities when required-A high standard of ethics and organization-Ability to multitask heavily-Personable individual who can work well with others across the global footprint of One Identity-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Qualifications -4 years of experience working in Project Management, product release processes or support experience in a medium to large software company-Ability to use standard IT systems such as Microsoft Office and internal web-based tools-Basic understanding of software development processes including software lifecycles-Must possess and exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.Must have strong facilitation and project management skills-Must be able to communicate and coordinate with multiple different internal organizationsCompany Description One Identity enables organizations of all sizes to better secure, manage, monitor, protect, and analyze information and infrastructure to help fuel innovation and drive their businesses forward.
