Responsibilities: Ensure a smooth customer transition from their Sale Manager to your team by providing a nice onboarding and training.
Provide a good experience to your customers by optimizing their campaigns and enhancing their growth. Build relationships with your Customers Success team, and the greater organization as a whole - in order to understand how all the pieces fit together and how you can be on the lookout for potential issues to flag and find a solution. Understand pain points experienced by customers while using PX and share ideas/solutions to the Product team. Keep constant communication with the supply side (Publisher team) to coordinate existing or possible products to fit the demand.?
**Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or any other related major. Client-facing skills - the ability to interact, persuade, negotiate, build a relationship, and provide a good customer experience overall. Detail-oriented and organized - you don’t need someone to follow up with to get an update, you got this?? Comfortable with Excel and analyzing data for decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance. Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment.
