**Position Details Job Number**: 17-2023 Category: Human Resources Title: Payroll Technician 2023 Date Posted: 04-10-2023 13:12 PM Description: You will have some of the following responsibilities: -Ensure the prompt preparation and accurate processing of all required documentation for the preparation of payroll.Present a required monthly report by CSS (SIPE)-Generates reports and data analysis for management to update on projects status and involve management/ directions.Prepares a variety of recurring audits and reports for HR activities, metrics reporting.Support HR team in diverse HR activities and projects as needed.Other duties as assigned. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: -Bachelor's degree or studies in Accountant, Administration, Human Resources or related areas.Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll process, SIPE, Fondo de Cesantia and related areas.Experience working with payroll software, knowledge of MS Office and other related applications. -Confidentiality in the handling of all processes.Customer service attitude.Ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of people in a multicultural environment.
