to organize monthly calls with operations to review CapEx requests and Investment KPI’s, to track those KPI’s and drive saving initiatives)Define processes, policies, templates and continuously identify areas of improvement in our Investments approval process optimizing and further automating existing procedures.Key InterfacesLiaises with business stakeholders and functional leaders to ensure objectives are met, strategic directions are defined and processes definedKeeps management informed of CapEx/OpEx status through periodic reporting and updatesEngage with the related country counterparts to ensure alignment, adoption of Group processes and procedures as well as perform ad hoc investment analysesWorks with external partners and suppliers to understand new business opportunities, carry on ad hoc analyses and consulting assignments / projectsQualificationsBachelor in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Management and/or FinanceMaster in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management and/or MBAFluent in English, Spanish is a key advantageExcellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environmentKnowledge of corporate finance, financial modeling, economics and risk managementExperience in financial modelling, budgeting, planning and forecasting toolsOutstanding analytical, communications, and advocacy skillsDemonstrated capabilities in change managementAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially excel) and financial systems and processesExperience3-5 years of relevant telecom experience with a solid background in financial analysis, or3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, M&A, valuationCore CompetenciesLeading by Connecting: Connect people; stimulate collaboration and growth in teams across functions.Leading by Delivery: Anticipate situations and take initiative to overcome them.
