Planificador - Parts & Services Realizar actividades administrativas en la obra o contrato para el cual esté asignado, asegurando el cumplimiento de todos los compromisos establecidos en el contrato. Reporte diario de estado de flota de maquinaria en sitio con base a información suministrada por el equipo técnico. Disponibilidad de maquinarias - Indicadores claves de rendimiento. Estrecho contacto en fábrica para el envío y seguimiento de Accing /consultas técnicas. Seguimiento de backlogs enviados con partes y trabajos asociados. Seguimiento y control de los pedidos de repuestos (garantías / venta directa). Revisión de estado de solicitudes con el Dto. Logístico. Seguimiento al inventario de repuestos. Recopila informes y/o reportes de servicio del equipo técnico para canalizarlo con las áreas respectivas (operaciones/soporte técnico). Responsable de la gestión de herramientas e instrumentos en contrato / inventario actualizado herramientas y EPP Responsable de la red de proveedores y distribuidores del contrato. Soporte al Gerente en Sitio para la Gestión y control administrativo del personal técnico, incluye: Programación de los técnicos (roster), control de tiempos, estimación mensual, etc, Apertura y actualización de las órdenes de servicio en la base de datos y sistema ERP (BPCS) (Apertura-seguimiento-cargue de datos-cierre y facturación). Proporcionar informes mensuales sobre el estado de control de recursos al Gerente en Sitio y Contralor de la División, que incluyen en eficiencia del servicio (Facturación, utilización técnica, WIP). Coordinación y asignación de recursos para las capacitaciones y entrenamientos internos propios de la división. Apoyo al área de SHEQ llevando a cabo inspecciones de seguridad (flota de vehículos, contenedores, EPI's, botiquines y extintores). Salario $1800.00 mensuales Horario lunes a sábado de 8am a 5pm

**Requisitos**:
Educación Ingeniero Mecánico, Técnico Administrativo, Ingeniería Industrial o afines. Técnico con experiência en procesos administrativos. Experiência Especifica 2 Años en gestión del mantenimiento, planeación, coordinación de servicio. Experiência General 2 años en mantenimiento, mecánico y labores de planeación y control de actividades de mantenimiento. Formación Conocimientos administrativos y técnicos en general. Conocimientos en manejo de software de mantenimiento y herramientas de Microsoft Office. Manejo de proveedores, componentes y repuestos de equipos industriales. Dominio del Ingles Habilidades Enfoque en el cliente, autogestión, planificación y ejecución, profesionalismo, solución e innovación, comunicación, interacción. Metodología de Entrenamiento Conocimiento técnico de los equipos y sus aplicaciones. Bases de Datos de la Empresa: BPCS / MMT Matriz de competencias del sistema de gestión integral. Esfuerzo Mental Concentración permanente, planeación y organización del trabajo. Gran atención a los detalles. Esfuerzo Físico Permanecer sentado/parado constantemente y requiere de un grado de precisión manual medio y un grado de precisión visual medio, caminatas largas, viajes largos. Condiciones Ambientales Condiciones ambientales adecuadas en cuanto a iluminación, ventilación, condiciones higiénicas, ruido y aire. Conforme a lo definido en la Matriz de Identificación de Peligros, Evaluación y Valoración de Riesgos.
