The purpose of this position is to have direct contact with different stakeholders of the different markets and ensure that the processes are run with excellence and adequate support. This position will execute the end-to-end process for spare part orders and queries from customers. Delivering high level of service to secure the customer service experience.
The position is based in Panama City, Panama.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

**As a Sales Administrator you will**:
Execute the end-to-end process for parts orders, return orders and quotations, including tasks in SAP and other internal tools & systems
Execute Pro-active follow-up of remaining orders.
Participate in defining, developing, and deploying visual management including the right metrics for parts administration.
Responsible to coordinate with cluster market area when there is an issue with agreed delivery schedule.
Participate in continuous improvement activities related to parts administration.

We believe you have

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain and other related fields.
Proficiency in English communication and written skills.
Previous customer support experience (desired).
Strong problem solving and customer orientation skills, highly motivated, team player, analytic, with attention to detail and organized.
