The position As a Training Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will coordinate people development activities, including coaching, training, and on-field development, to enhance the capabilities of our commercial teams. Responsibilities Support the implementation of learning and development programs to ensure continuous growth and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure proper documentation of all training and development activities in alignment with the best industry standards. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in people development to drive innovation and excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in coordinating people development activities, preferably in a commercial or sales environment.
Strong understanding of coaching, training, and development methodologies. Experience facilitating and creating training content and workshops. Advanced level of spoken and written English and Spanish. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
