As a **HR Generalist**, your daily responsibilities will include:
Support the projects, providing a high quality and proactive service to both internal and external customers, meeting both corporate and statutory requirements, encompassing all aspects of resourcing, employee relations and adding value in support of the Company’s business objectives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**✔️**Work together with the onboarding team to ensure that new hires deliver all documentation needed.

**✔️**Communicate to Social Security all Joiners and Leavers in a daily basis.

**✔️**Support the new hires with all regular documentation when required.

**✔️**Celebrate the labor contracts and deliver it to the new employees.

**✔️**Background check: verify the process, ask for documents to the employee, call/employers the former employers.

**✔️**Ensure all Exit inhibitions in a daily basis.

**✔️**Record all new Hires in HR System.

**✔️**Support all motivation activities.

**✔️**Ability to understand current employment legislation.

**✔️**Work closely with the site team, in the development of a performance driven culture, which encourages individual ownership of results and associate development

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**✔️Minimum of 1 year of experience in HRG**

✔️Advanced level of **English **both verbal and written

✔️A motivated and enthusiastic personality

✔️Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills

✔️Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress

✔️People oriented
