**What you will do As a Customer Service Administrator you will**: To handle the order to invoice process within TPGS (i.e. ordering, invoicing, crediting and shipping documentation). To ensure correct and timely process; which requires good understanding of flow and systems. To identify and amend potential issues in the automated or manual flows in a correct and timely fashion, by using the relevant tools in the system.

To provide regular, thorough and appropriate support to all partners (suppliers, Forwarding Agents, Converting Factories and our purchasing department).
