We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Outbound Calling Coordinator / Cold Caller to join our team.
Your primary goal is to engage prospects, build strong relationships, generate interest, and maintain accurate records of interactions to support our sales team.
Build strong relationships with prospects and create a positive impression of our products/services.
Aim to achieve targeted weekly appointments by effectively engaging with prospects and assessing their suitability.
**Present Products/Services**: Clearly introduce and present our products/services in a compelling manner to generate interest.
Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to identify potential opportunities.
**Maintain Records**: Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM.
Track progress, manage follow-ups, and ensure data accuracy in the CRM.
**Follow-up**: Follow up with prospects who have shown interest, ensuring ongoing engagement until they are ready for further sales conversations.
**Other Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales teams overall goals.

**Qualifications**: Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in inbound or outbound sales, business development, or account management.
**Track Record**: Proven success in meeting targets and generating leads through outbound communication.
**Skills**: Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner.
Resilience and persistence when handling rejection.
Ability to adapt communication styles to meet the needs of various prospects.
**Technical Proficiency**: Experience using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
**Nice-to-Haves**: Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools.
Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling.
