**Responsibilities**
- Define performance media strategies in order to optimize the budget for the best result;
- Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix.
- Manage Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic with a focus on paid tactics.
- Support the e-commerce team in SEO initiatives;
- Working together with the Marketing team to manage media agencies and SEO for e-commerce;
- Briefing and review of paid search campaigns, social media advertising, affiliate media and retargeting;
- Daily monitoring of media performance and insert changes where it is needed;
- Channel analysis and weekly e-commerce performance reports;
- Be responsible for communicating regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyse performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity
- Be a reference of technical knowledge about performance media for regional and global teams.
**Requirements**:
- Mastery of digital media, mainly Google Ads, DV360 and Meta;
- Training in Communication (marketing, advertising, journalism or other);
- Knowledge in campaigns with affiliate platforms and retargeting;
- Mastery of performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPA, Tx. Conv., Average Ticket, CAC, LTV, MRR);
- Knowledge of a/b testing;
- Knowledge in Excel or Google Sheets;
- Knowledge of Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Languages: Spanish, English, Portugese (desirable)
**Desirable**
- Google Skillshop and Meta Blueprint certifications;
- Execution of strategies focused on lead generation and conversion increase;
- Experience in performance media or advertising agency;
- Knowledge in SEO.
