**Salary Range:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on industry standards and location)

 

**Job Description:**

As a Junior Corporate Lawyer, you will assist the area manager with general legal advice within the company. You will be responsible for:

• Reviewing legal risks that could affect the development of corporate governance

• Accompanying the area manager in studying and researching legal implications of transactions related to the company's commercial activities

• Managing legal projects, reviewing jurisprudence, and updating matters on labor, tax, commercial, and administrative law

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Law or a related field

• Basic to Intermediate English language skills

• Proactive, responsible, and organized approach

• Good communication skills with internal and external clients

• Graduation requirement: Professional practice
